On the last Thursday of every month, we take things off-campus and up to the rooftop at Welltown Brewing. This isn’t just a happy hour, it’s a standing space carved out exclusively for founders currently building inside the Gradient Incubator.

It’s a chance to step away from the grind, catch up with your fellow founders, and stay plugged into the community that’s growing right alongside your company. No agendas. No speakers. Just high-trust conversation, peer support, and a cold drink to toast the wins (and the lessons).
