Bruszenskey Bois- Real estate investor and founder of Bois Enterprises in Tampa. He manages multimillion-dollar portfolios and advocates for equitable, resilient urban development.

Eric Kronberg- Principal at Kronberg Urbanists + Architects, Eric is known for simplifying zoning and championing walkable, community-centered design.
