Building a company can be exciting, but it can also feel like uncharted territory. Founder Friday is a space created just for the founders in our Gradient Incubator to come together over lunch, share experiences, and support one another through the challenges of building and scaling.

Each month, founders gather around the table to talk openly about the problems they’re facing, from fundraising and hiring to product roadmaps and customer growth. It’s a chance to lean on the collective knowledge in the room, gain fresh perspectives, and uncover solutions that may not come up when working alone.
