This session is designed for founders, creatives, and business owners who want practical, plain language guidance on essential business law topics beyond IP and trademarks. The focus is on real world legal considerations that support long term growth and responsible scaling.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet one on one with Jake for a private 30 minute session to ask questions and get clarity on topics such as:

• Business formation and entity structure
• Operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and governance
• Contracts and negotiations
• Legal considerations for hiring and partnerships
• Compliance and growth related legal issues
• Common legal pitfalls as companies scale

In addition to the legal session, attendees will meet with a member of the Gradient membership team for a brief tour of the building. This introduction will highlight Gradient’s workspaces, resources, and community offerings. After the tour, participants will receive a complimentary day pass to continue working from Gradient for the remainder of the day.
